Roti Goreng Inti Sosej


FRIED BREAD WITH SAUSAGE FILLING

Ingredients :

250g bread flour (I used multipurpose flour)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon instant dried yeast
90ml lukewarm water
40g butter (I used margarine)

egg whites
breadcrumbs
Ayamas koktail sausage

Method :

1. Place the sifted flour into the mixing bowl. Add in salt, sugar, yeast and egg yolks. On the mixer.
2. Slowly pour in the lukewarm water and continue kneading, just till well combined.
3. Add in butter and continue kneading till a soft and smooth dough is formed. Add more water if necessary.
4. Make into small balls and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
5. Flatten the dough and place the sausage in the middle. Cover with sausage with dough.
6. Dip the dough with filling into the eggwhite and coat with breadcrumbs.
7. Fry on medium heat till golden brown.
8. Enjoy! Oppss...don't forget to recite your prayers before eating

  6. Mama.... what is multi purpose flour ? can i use all purpose flour instead of that? I dont get cocktail sausage so can I cut the sausage into cocktail size and use it ?
